I am so pleased to be running training workshops at Broadoak, where I will be showing you how to train the dog in front of you by breaking down all parts of training in a positive and fun way and building up confidence in the dog and handler,

 

I am now based in back home in Cumbria, after working with horses for the past 34 years, which also involved dog walking and house sitting.

 

I have successfully competed in Working Tests and Team Events as well as Field trials, with my homebred Labradors.

 

For five years,  I was the Chief Trainer for East Midland Gundog Club., and their working test Secretary for over 5 years.and  have regularly trained with some of the top trainers in our sport eg., Jamie and Mark Bettinson, Dave Probert, Guy Bennett and Laura Hill. and have either competed against and judged many others too.

 

I am a non panel field trial judge, judging over 10 novice and all aged trials, to date as well as many working tests puppy to open standard.

 

My clients include minority breed retrievers, as well as Labradors and have trained basic foundations foundations with spaniels and HPR.

 

I have picked up on numerous shoots in Leicestershire with my Field Trial winner and Award winner.
